A “review” study published in the recent issue of American Journal of Clinical Nutrition revealed that Vitamin C helps in curbing a person’s blood pressure. To come to this conclusion, researchers at Johns Hopkins studied data from 29 clinical trials involving more than 1,400 people. The study focused that if a person takes around 500 milligrams of Vitamin C daily for eight weeks can lower his/her high blood pressure. This amount if tallied how much vitamin C we are consuming daily showcase that we have to take it five times more than we are consuming.
